I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of Zurich. The location was perfect, with easy access to the old town, shops, and the beautiful Lake Zurich. The room was spacious and comfortable, and despite it being winter, the heating kept me warm throughout my stay. The hotel had a unique decor, blending US southwest aesthetics with the charm of Switzerland. I particularly appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The hotel also offered a breakfast buffet, and I was pleased that I could customize my meal and only pay for what I wanted, a great cost-saving option. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff.

The hotel's location in the center of the old city was perfect. It was close to the Zurich lake and within walking distance from the train station. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of options. The staff at check-in were helpful and friendly.

The hotel's location in the heart of the old town makes it ideal for exploring Zurich's attractions. The Bellvue Tram stop is just a five-minute walk away, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice touch of a bottle of water upon arrival. Having an external door key meant we didn't have to worry about carrying the room key with us. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent, even for vegetarians. the hotel provided a pleasant and convenient experience.
